Expert Commercial Concrete Installation

Your parking lot is more than just a place to park.  It’s the first impression made on your customers and ties your business property to the outside world. Our stamped concrete will make a great impression that adds to your customers’ experience and your property’s value.

We can finish all concrete work with a classic broom finish, but the our finest examples of our craftsmanship are surfaces that are stamped to look like hand laid pavers, tile, brick and stonework.

With a project as big as a decorative patio or parking lot, it’s important to make sure you hire a concrete driveways master who’s going to get it done right the first time, every time!

Let Us Transform Your Property

If you have an older surface that is faded and worn, there are more restoration options than you think. Some surfaces are blank slate opportunities to resurface and add stamped designs and texture. Full replacement isn’t always necessary unless the existing sections are heaving or broken.

By adding a stamped surface, you can make an older concrete section look like a brand new installation. This option always depends on the existing quality of the original surface, so if it’s cracked or flawed, those flaws would transfer to the new surface. It’s always best to go with a new pour, but it’s also nice to save time and money where possible.

We can restore faded and worn concrete with an overlay using microtopping that will make the color and stain look perfectly new!

Skilled Commercial Cement Mason

Our artistic talents truly shine when we get to install imprinted designs. Consider the benefits of adding matching patterns and finishes to approaches and connecting sidewalks.

When replacing or installing new decorative concrete, there’s never a better time to consider installing the matching additions. Having that work done by the same contractor will ensure a flawless coherence to the property’s hardscaping.

You’ll get a picture perfect installation that will look like a work of art by the time we’re done. If this is the kind of work you’re interested in, let us get to work ASAP.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
About Commercial Concrete

Are you able to remove and replace an existing commercial driveway?

Of course. If your project involves a new concrete driveway and you have an existing carport, the first step in the project will be to cut and break up the existing one into manageable pieces of urbanite for removal. After it’s gone, we can get to the work of laying a proper subbase for the new one and continuing with the process. We can restore concrete surfaces that are faded and have lost their color and former glory by resurfacing them with a concrete overlay using micro topping.

How expensive is it to pour a parking lot?

This is unique for every project. We would need to know several factors such as the site access, grading, excavating, subbase, reinforcement, form and permit requirements in addition to your desired finish. A small lot will cost less than a large driveway replaced with a stamped design and coloring. Since the overall cost of cement has been increasing, as well as related materials, the costs can change weekly as cement plants change their prices. We just need to know exactly what you want.

Are you able to install circle driveways?

Yes! Circle driveways are a perfect way to exit your property without ever having to back up. This makes them a safer option if you have the space to install the full loop.  When finished, they offer the perfect opportunity to provide a feature in the middle of the loop for whatever you’d like to have as a centerpiece.

I’m researching decorative concrete companies, what makes you different?

Over 30 years of experience puts us ahead of the amateurs just starting out. They’ve still got a lot to learn compared to someone who’s been in the industry for as long as we have. Many good concreters have yet to make the minor mistakes that it takes to make a master concreter and we’ve seen it all.

I need to add an extension to my existing driveway to allow extra parking, can you do this?

Yes. Whether you need to add a few feet just to have space for walking past vehicles or you want to pour the amount required to allow parking a whole extra vehicle, we can help. This is a great opportunity to pour a stamped border if you’re just adding to the sides because you can get the beauty of stamped concrete to help accent the flat surface.

I need a commercial driveway installer to build a parking lot, can you help?

Yes. We are experienced with pouring parking lots for commercial clients. Whether you’re expanding on an existing lot or starting from scratch, we can perform every phase of development for whatever size lot your project requires. For these types of jobs, we usually require an on site evaluation to provide estimates.

Is it cheaper to pave or concrete a driveway?

This depends on seveal factors. What type of pavers would you want to use and what sort of finish would you want on the concrete? This also depends on the dimensions. Paving by hand will usually cost more than pouring the same area with concrete. This is because it is faster to cover the whole area and make it smooth. Doing anything by hand will usually take longer and thus cost more.

I might need a concrete driveway repair contractor, can you help?

Yes. Depending on the state of your concrete surface, we have several options available that don’t necessarily involve total replacement. If your driveway color is faded, we can apply a spray topping that will restore the luster and beauty to the colored surface. If you’re in need of sealing for regular maintenance, we can help with that, too. A good driveway concrete contractor should be able to do this.

My existing parking area is worn and faded, can you restore it?

Yes. If your concrete surface is worn, faded and discolored, we can restore it by spraying a micro topping to beautify the surface. It doesn’t change the texture at all and is much more affordable than pouring new concrete. You can add new color and protect it for years with a new sealing coat that will keep it safe from the elements.

When am I able to drive on my new concrete driveway?

You’ll be able to walk on your new concrete surface within 24 to 48 hours. Driving on it might take about a week before you can be certain it’s cured enough to allow vehicle traffic. This is something that we go over with every client who installs a driveway or parking area. We’ll be sure to let you know when it’s safe to use it.

If I need more parking, can you pour a new concrete slab for my carport?

Yes! We can add carport additions or extensions to existing driveways for you to get turned around or add parking. They’re really no different than a section of driveway. We can likely match your existing surface’s finish so it will look like it was poured at the same time.

Are you able to pour a textured concrete driveway on an incline or sloped area?

Yes, though it depends. There are local codes that specify steep inclines and what angle is too steep to add a driveway to. Whatever the condition, we can likely adjust the slope of your area to comply with local ordinances and provide a nice driveway that doesn’t look out of place. It might just take some excavating and grading.

I also need curb or gutter installation, can you help with that?

Yes. We can provide new gutters and curbs to accommodate new driveways or extensions to existing driveways. We are able to provide work that is acceptable to HOA requirements as well as city codes and ordinances. Nothing is worse than paying a company to pour concrete that the city decides is bad and needs to get torn out!

Are you able to pour a new stamped concrete surface over an old surface?

Maybe. This would depend on the quality of the existing surface. When pouring new concrete over existing concrete, the new concrete will take on all the faults of the existing concrete. This means any cracking or out of level areas will likely cause cracking or heaving in the new concrete. There is also the consideration of what adding a few inches of concrete will do regarding a seamless entry into your home.

What is the downside of a concrete parking area?

Some of the downsides to concrete driveways would be their permanance. Having to remove a driveway, or any large amount of concrete, is easier said than done. They also require minimal maintenance, so it’s possible to let them go if zero maintenance is done. This will lead to a cracked and faded surface.
